Windows 10 updated and deleted all our software and files on the laptop here also lost desktop a few weeks ago. So glad all case files are stored on external hard drives. 3 days later all our software including the Kinect Camera (I checked it out Chris) are now operational once again. Only 2 weeks till our next case and the chance to try out our new FLIR thermal imaging camera hope our software works with it. Keep you posted for updates.
